The standerd building height of 14 meters can be increased up to 30 meters. This flexibility in height, combined with a 7-ton floor load capacity, provides ample space for accomodating production machinery and high stacking storage systems.

7-ton

BREEAM

The standard building height of 14 meters provides space for production machinery and high stacking storage systems, with the option to extend up to 30 meters.

The 7-ton floor load capacity means it’s equiped for heavy equipment handling and high-density storage and ensures a long-term durability.

The overall project has a BREEAM ‘very good’ certification. However, if you choose to include office space in your unit, it can be upgraded to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

Located on the German-Polish border

The city of Świecko is no stranger to international truckers as it is just off the E30 motorway. This European route stretches all the way from Ireland to Eastern Europe 

Świecko is located on the German-Polish border, close to cities such as Poznań, Berlin and Frankfurt am der Oder. This makes Gateway A2 the perfect hub for transfer or storage infrastructure, as trucks can easily access the site via the E30.

Different construction phases

The entire construction is divided into 8 units, each approximately 10 000m². The standard building height per unit is 14 meters, with the option to expand each unit to a height of 30 meters.

Phase 1, the construction of Unit A, was finished in february 2025. This contains roadworks, the car park and the installation of the utilities for rainwater management, gas, electricity and sprinklers.
